Many other agents may enter your home in the MLS and let the IDX feed take care of the rest. My team and I personally edit your listing to ensure that the best features are highlighted. 

4. Our job doesn’t end with the Contract. My team and I will be there to walk you through the entire process from start to finish. We will get you feedback from showings and negotiate effectively on your behalf while marketing your home but that’s not where our job ends. We will be there for you every step of the way including throughout attorney review,  helping you through the inspection phase and with getting estimates, helping to coordinate your closing date, and more! Our number one goal is to make sure you’re satisfied with our work and remain stress free!

Every listing gets a Just Listed postcard sent out to the neighborhood and any other relevant neighborhoods along with an E-mail Blast to our database which has 1,000s of e-mails. If there is a significant price reduction or an Open House we will blast out another e-mail.
